Jeep, Mopar and a New Jeep Gladiator More Equipped

Mopar and Jeep have joined forces, once again, to conceive a special edition Jeep Gladiator. Both brands of the Fiat Chrysler group will reveal what they have been working on at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas and one of these experiments goes through a Jeep Gladiator (much) more equipped with a lot of interesting add-ons.

The SEMA is the largest show in the world dedicated to the aftermarket and tuning industry and despite the circumstances created by the coronavirus, they will not miss their annual appointment. How about the pickup upgrade with Jeep Gladiator JT Led Headlights? At the beginning of November they will open their virtual doors: indeed, the 2020 edition will take place behind closed doors and everything will be broadcast in streaming. Including the surprises that Jeep and Mopar have prepared.

The truth is that this special version of the Jeep Gladiator comes at a key moment since the American brand has seen its competition grow. Not surprisingly, the new Ford Bronco seeks to topple the Jeep Wrangler from its throne, and Ford is trying to do so with a solid supply of parts and accessories.

In response comes this mysterious example of the Jeep Gladiator (heavily) outfitted with Mopar accessories. Although at the moment both brands have only revealed a teaser in which the rear of this SUV appears, it is similar to the Jeep Gladiator Farout Concept that was revealed in August.

An image that allows us to appreciate a huge box with rear and side doors that has been mounted in the cargo space of the Jeep Gladiator. It is accompanied by a huge spare wheel placed in the rear section next to a metal drum. The bumper looks like there is an integrated sliding tray and the lights, in addition to being placed lower, are completely different from the original model.

On the roof we can see some bars with a mounted bicycle and on one of the sides of that box there is a compartment, located between the rear tire and the bumper. However, it is expected that this preparation will have several aces up its sleeve that will be unveiled at the Sema in Las Vegas.

These surprises could include specific wheels, larger tires, a new suspension system, some specific design elements such as special vinyl for bodywork and special finishes for the upholstery. Some doubts that this special version of the Jeep Gladiator will reveal in several days.
